eagle wheels chunking within 2 days

I bought a pair of eagle wheels from smokin scooters and I rode them for two days and my front wheel started to chunk. I had the wheels for about a month but didn't ride them because I had no deck. My question is if there was any warranty is it gone now? I think you can tell by the wear on the wheels they they were only rode for two days

i had a pair of eagals didnt even ride them went to the skate park for 20 mins and they cracked and chunked
