ye i was riding eagles since xmas but i couldnt ride for like 4 of those months, and yet they still ovalised in under a month and wore down to like 106mm. and i dont ride that much or that big. THEN, i bought year old grippers, worn down to about 105 & 107mm, a tad ovalised and not dehubbing at all. they are sooooooo much smoother than my eagles, and surprisingly just as fast (and my eagles were like faster than all my other friends' wheels) i am happy

Just to be clear... they squished the urethane in an arbor press then proceeded to saw a chunk of urethane off the core?
