East Coast Weekend Trip

I want to plan a weekend East Coast trip and Hit some parks from North Carolina back to NJ. I need some ideas on parks in North Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware. Trying to stay within 10-15 miles east or west of I95. Any Ideas?
