Editing Gurus help? VertX tryout.

My VertX edit is really glitchy, and the last edit I did had the same problem on a different software.
Anybody know how to fix these scattered glitches?

twas a bit glitchy, i did like it though, natural frontsides make everything look amazing

its probably within your camera.
you using minidv? if soo maybe there is some problems
with your heads.

I use a Flip Ultra HD. I honestly don't know much about cameras.
