Effin scooterzone...

I honestly don't know what I expect from this company anymore; taking more than a couple months to coherently put together an order via email with James was something I couldn't believe. So I can't tell you why I expected a higher level of proffesionalism from them when I actually placed the order, but here I am, more than 20 days from the date that I placed the order that James was supposedly expecting and now there dodging my emails.

They claimed to have had the parts I ordered on hand BEFORE I placed the order and they've had my money for more than two weeks, no questions about it my items should have shipped by now.

I don't like taking problems like this to the forum but I'm hoping some of you look at this and think twice before you order from SZ. Delays are one things but the lack of communication and information I've received after forking over a couple hundred dollars is ridiculous.This was their last chance with me as a customer and consider it blown.

Ohhh it was someone else then. I know they had the last name Peterson. But scooterzone ships out all of their parts next day. I go there quite often.

Then he actually Ordered parts and it seems like he has not received his order but they have had the money for over 2 weeks.

Bingo. And from the status on the sz site, they have yet to ship anything. I'd be happy if it was let alone in the mail by now.

scooterzone sucks. order a black scs, they send grey, bought a viper scooter, they sent me a ultra pro, and wouldn't refund me the money for the viper after i paid for the ultra pro.

Ya i dont understand how Scooter Zone fucks up everyones order, Every time i order from them i get it within the week, And they sent me the wrong fork so i called and they shipped me the right one for free.

Just because he lives by it doesn't mean he has access to transportation. What if he did buy it online because nobody would drive him?

But I have know james plus everyone else at the zone for around 4 years and there shipping may not be the best but I don't think he would do that.
 
my buddy had pretty much the same problem. they sent him standard rewinds when he ordered hic, sent em back 2 weeks ago, still nothing. the zone is going downhill IMO.
