Level 30 with smithing 100 and enchanting pretty damn high, and I've hardly touched the main questline. Is there a level cap on this game?

Then you enchant everything you make to make it even more valuable.

Level 44 Imperial, level 100 in Smithing, Sneak, and Speech. I never make any progress though, I just go around and kill dragons and hoard enchanted weapons and shit.
