i have, my friend Vincent got one for free! that lucky bastard. they are really sick but not worth $100 dollars at all, its just a backpack with an extra strap pretty much so you can hold your scooter. i would actually buy it though if i have nothing else to save money for, or if they drop the price to at least $60.
