ok i dont even know if they are flashes but i want to know what the things are that look like there on tripods and they look like little lights there always in the pro skate videos and when big shit i goin down. what are they, what do they do and how do they work. also what are some good ones. i searched this and i didnt find out what i wanted so sorry if i missed something and this is a repeat. but i really want to know. thanks

There slave flashes. You just buy a normal flash and get some kind of transmitter like a pocketwizard or get 2 flashes with optical sensors. I don't know much about flash brands or anything though.

you got the just of it. but if you need help with flashes, just ask me.

but yeah, if you're trying to make your videos look snazzy with the flashes going off while they're tre flipping the 54 set, try to find a friend with flashes, or borrow some from a neighbor, or look around at a thrift store. it's probably not worth the $250 for 1 pocket wizard just for a video
