I ride my bike a lot, usually I'd say at least 30 miles a week, depending on if I'm busy or if there's a race. I did 150 over the weekend, that was a pretty good workout.

I workout three times a week, scooter every day to class, totals up to like 5 miles. Play soccer/OCCASSIONALY basketball. Etc.

pushups, upper body workouts everyday, sometimes cardio.

I lifeguard and swim as much as I can during adult swim when I work. Mostly dynamic apnea without any gear but some standard lap swim too.

I got this cool elastic thing that you can do all sorts of workouts with. I only ever use it when I'm feeling bad about myself though ahahaha, wanna get one of those chinup bars you put in door frames.

i bike a semi decent amount, and do pushups
i can do 50 inwards and 50 wide arms without stopping on a good day, usually only 40 though
i bike a couple times a week and do like 10 miles each day i bike, its good
