Well heres some knowlegde for SR. you CANT powder coat in any texture, and what powder coating is, is making your bars elctro magneticly charged and then literlly putting powder on them and that dispurses throug out the bars, and when they bond they come out shiney, not flat black. My dad was a powdercoater for 10 years.
