They are sold with the bolt and the spring if you order it off of titetoyz.com but i dont know if they fit the lucky

they fit on the lucky 4.0 hd deck but they are the hardest break to install because the spring is so strong. other than that i love it on my lucky

ya they fit, and are super solid if you wrap a bearing in electrical tape and put that under the spring
