Faster Bearings

yeah so im sure some of you have done this but i just did it today
1. you do the bearing cleaning thing Bri was talking about or what Josh did with the alcohol
2. you take a wheel, your bearings, a b model axel or a bolt as long or longer, spacers or w/e to space wheel enough so it is @ the end of the bolt, a vice, and a dremel and some lube (not wd 40)
3. put the bearings in the wheel with spacers inbetween, and put it on the bolt so that the wheel is towards the end of bolt
4. put the bolt with wheel onto vice and tighten it
5. take your dremel and put it up to the wheel and put it at full speed for a minute or so(longer if you want)
6. do this as many times as you want just make sure to ad some lube here and there
7. put those bad boys on your scooter and they will be pretty fast
this works great on the stock razor ones and you can do this to break in any bearings or if they just don't spin right you can help it along with this
and i will get pics soon

bearing lube does the exact same thing as wd40.. collects dust and dirt

or spend $15 on the fastest bearings and have enough for 2 scooters and not have to deal with anyof that

why do that when im sure you have tons of stock bearings laying around, windex, a microwave, some lube or w/e you want, and you probably have a dremel or just break them in by bombing dwn big hills

naw josh im using this messed up microwave that is old and i took it out of my garage and did this outside
so that's a little better haha

Still doesn't change the fact that it's a stupid idea. You should never put a flammable in a heated source such as a microwave. Not even if it's just ten seconds on low.

Once again, just because it never happened to you yet, doesn't mean it won't in the future. It's flammable material, what part of that do you not understand?

sorry to let you down josh, but windex isnt a flammable material. the only bad thing that could happen would be the bottle melting and eventually catching on fire.

when somthing is flammable they have to put a warning on the bottle that its flammable right? i just looked at 3 different bottles of windex under my sink and none of them say flammable on there

a microwave heats shit with microwaves, it just heats any moisture in it, theres no open source of flame or anything to catch it

I own SR.
Wether windex is flammable or not... there is NO point in putting bearings in a microwave unless you want to break it... it is just plain stupid.

Lol dont put any metal in the microwave... Some time ago I've put in some youghurt thing in the microwave and didnt quite remove all of the metal cover and it went in flames. So if you put bearings, and even some flamable liquid its even worse...
