Well fingerwhips are a popular trick of mine, and I had one deck that actually would slice my fingers pretty good because it was not polished... so it's something that might be good to know ahead of time.

I think district owns the category of fingerwhipping deck. Just look at the sides of it. I think I'll pick up a district when they come out, I'm not super amazed with my phoenix anyway.

um no, actually, phoenixes are wayyyy better than TSI and u probly have never ridden one, so gtfo.

i dont do fingerwhips, but i do have the deck, ill try some and tell you if its good

they are okayy. i mean i could finger flat on tsi, just hurts so bad after, and pretty much if you dont land forst try flat on tsi, ur afraid to do it right after. and lucky, its better. like i needa sand it down so its smooth. but im thinking of getting rid of my lucky, not for fingerwhips, just cuz the headtube has more movement than a promodel haha. i know i can fix it, but the headtube wont come off unless i take my bars and fork off. its somehow stuck on there. i tried taking it off and it only made it worse. it just sucks. if lucky made their decks one piece, everything else the same, they would be soo legit.

but to answer your question, yes its fine with a little sanding. off jumps they are fine. flat, i will get back to you because i need to get rid of the sharp edge.

I haven't tried fingerwhipping mine, but I imagine it would be about the same as fingerwhipping a razor pro model. It would definately be better than a TSI because it's a lot lighter and has a rounded edge. You should try mine next time we're at Rye.
