So if you have like a district fork or someother fork that you cant put a starnut in then I thought of this.
You need a ICS bolt, but like an inch or so shorter
HIC shim
ICS cap
topcap
and locknut for ics bolt.
You run the ICS bolt up through the top of the fork then through the topcap which is on top of the hic shim on your fork. Then tighten the ics bolt and put your bars on.
