Finally found a weakness in my scooter and need help?

Right so today i was trying this really weird trick kind of like a scooter flip underneeth me but to the side as well.... any way i messed up a couple of times and realised that i'd snapped my brake... thatsa the only thing i dont like about micro's the metal that they use for the brakes are crap.... i was just wondering if a razor a brake would fit on it... does anyone know from xperience??? because i dont wanna have to take my deck re-inforcements off to swap it and end up without a brake and a scooter in many parts/???..... cheers... what model micro do you have and if you have a razor a brake you should just try and see what happens if nothing else works then post back again

yea, i've broke micro brakes i broke one at TIC and i broke another one the other week, but i guess its better than breaking a fork or deck right? about the razor break, i was thinking that too or just get eric to send you a replacement brake for cheap?

I'll check if I have a spare you can have but I'm pretty sure I don't.. Eric would probably send you one for cheap though.

this happend to carys bullet. we slammmed a razor brake on but the razor breaks stick up a little more thats all and you gotta bend the spring or somthing. but they do work.

How the hell do people break brakes? It sounds riddiculous to me a bit, threre's almost no stress put on it. My brakes only used to bend sideways, is that also how they break?

if they can't be bent, they can be snapped. I've snapped two nameless brakes. They can be bent/snapped for example landing sketchy whips foot on the brake - that puts the stress to the brake.

i think micros are much better once you get used to it.... lol... wen u got back on da razor how long did it take 2 brake?....... i've had this scooter for 2 months and this is the only problem so far lol

The razor still hasnt broke, or shown signs OF breaking for like 6 months now. Micros just feel so weird, the folding plates holes are bigger than the foldign mech hole things, so it wobbles even with the correct sized bolts. And the bars are heaps forwards, other than that i could probably stand to ride it...

really..... thats good for a razor.. mine went after 3-4 months..... and i used a set of bearing spacers to stop that wobbling thing... now its really solid...
