Uhh may I ask , what are you and friends making? I heard something like pegs. Anything else? Oh and how do I order a Rad product? Got a site? or PM is the style with rad people. lol.

Cool, is that a whole new head or a modded stock one? However, I don't think that integrated headsets are better for scooters. What matters the most is speed of rotation (or more technical, smaller friction), and Ive read somewhere that the standard cups are made with far more precision than the internal cups of the head.

Internal headsets are for BMX weight freaks, on scooters it may seem a little pointless.
+ easy to take out the headset
- standard cups have more precision than the internals, like pete said.

What I've seen someone do on a bmx site is they took bondo to their stock headset cup/headtube and smoothed it all out, so it looked like n integrated headtube but kinda wasn't. The only problem was that the kid did that with a Chris King headset, kinda dumb if you ask me.

actaully its the same stock cups and the same headset tube...and yea ill take it apart and get some pictures on here..i poslished the cups so it spins a little better..if you want a super fast headset clean it out with WD and then get 3-1 lube its light but protect agaisnt heat and wear and besides its cheap...but yea i used some bondo you can see some lines that i didnt sand down good enough but im planing to make a second for my new scooter hopfully it will look alot better...and the bondo isnt that heavy either so it doenst make a difference, its just for looks but i think it looks alot better than the standered headset with the cups showing

I think it'd be better if you made it so it's the same size in the middle as stock, than make it kinda flare out for the cups. That's how my bike's headtube is and it looks killer.

actually i was thinking about that i have a hobby saw its a really fine blade just saw around the cup and it would pop right off and a little bondo spot putty and some paint will make it look like new again its a pain but it would work..haha thanks its different...
