Fishing!!

I live right near a pretty big river in queensland, love fishing as well.
Haven't ever caught anything near legal though so it always just goes back

So, I was in this lake in Minnesota. And I caught a huge-ass northern. But it was a catch and release northern lake. So I couldn't keep it. And he swallowed the entire goddamned rig and bout near bit my finger off.

dude, i have a curado as a backup. Such a good reel! And yea, Corvina are gnarly fish usually i rig a 1 ounce jig head to one of these http://www.basspro.com/Berkley-Gulp!-Alive-Minnows-Jar/product/10208825/75238
i always get bites on these. Seriously the best bait to use, my uncle spent 200 dollars on buying wholesale of that bait.

never heard of them....
http://www.basspro.com/Luhr-Jensen-Krocodile-Spoons/product/8346/47105 use to use these ALOT, but they start to get expensive. I caught a 32 pound halibut on the blue mackerel one.. shit was crazy
and one time i was reeling in a corvina at around hightide and it was about 10 feet away from shore and a big fish (thought i was a halibut, had the shape) came up and SWALLOWED the corvina, but my drag was to tight and i lost him.

prime as shit thread this is..

edit: holy fuck thats a nice rod haha ( no homo )
