flex fender bolts

what size bolts and nuts are used for flexfenders (allen size and size drillbit needed) as i want to make my own but have the right countersunk bolts, like the ones used on tsi or phoenix flexys

umm however big you drill the holes obviously? and i just use a screw type thing with a nut, similar to what the new slide in madd brakes use

the bolt size is 6mm x 16
