we need to have some contest down here to get scootering popular... the 3 people in florida arent enough! we have some good skateparks and i have a spine halfpipe we could have it on!

theres more than three riders. go down to Venice & Sarasota, there's a bunch of kids down there. i'd be down to help you organize a competition at like 668 or something if you guys get permission. i dunno how many people would show up tho.

yeah i know more than 3 lol but i live in clearwater (tampa) and theres none. and unfortunatly 688 closed a while ago, i love that place and hopefully itll get opened back up soon but i talked to the owner and no one wants to run it... skatepark of tampa is a pretty good place, it has a sick 16ft red bull halfpipe and a pro course for the pro skateboarding tour. it was a bowl, mini ramps stairs check out their website. and what if you like skatepark of tampa, what would i have to do to "get permission" to have a contest there?

go talk to the owner of the park about running a comp there. find out if you need to rent the park or whatever.

okay im goin this saturday and ill talk to him. so do you think it could be a full blown contest like up north or out in cali? with sponsors and everything... cause i know its a far ways away for most people
