Yeah it's flying out of a quarter or bank or roll in so that you land with very minimal speed to avoid getting hurt if you fuck up on a trick. Best way to learn a new trick. Worst way to film.

Get your feet in position and just lean forward right before takeoff lol. I can barely hang 5 an I can do that.
