Nice try, but that really wont prevent snapping.
I made my fork reinforcement out of a 30mm thick rod
which I machined down to size and then drilled it out for less weight.
was a tight fit to get in and I tack welded it in so its not going anywhere.
then welded gussets front and back of the legs.
Tank.

reinforcing is NOT to help your fork last wayy longer.
its so when it snaps it doesnt completely come off and kill you.

Thats retarded the point of reinforcing a fork is so the metal fits tightly around the fork.

and the reinforcement i use is ment so when it breaks it doest kill me.

the reason they did this is so you would break more forks and buy more. And the reason the 08 pro models suck is so when you break it, you buy it again. Just my opinion from what I've seen/heard

yer reinforcing a pro 08 with a handle bar doesn't do anything just when the forks do snap u dont suddenly faceplant and get a face full of concrete
