Doesn't matter what fork but tilt forks are probably the best out right now but depends on the deck.

I was wondering what forks would be the best for a full proto scs and are also compatible.

Proto forks don't exist, Lucky is garbage, Vertx is garbage, that leaves you with TSI, which I can vouch make awesome forks. Wish I had an answer to the Ethic question, just adding more confirmation to what others have said.

Really though, Thomcats are awesome. They aren't heavy at all (like people who have never owned a pair would like to imagine) but they aren't pussy aluminum forks either (no offense to the majority of riders here with aluminum forks). Spend the money one time, you have a fork that likely lasts you forever. Worth the investment.
