fork

Brian Boston

I got myself banned.
-loosen up the clamp above the headset
-unscrew the 'razor' tube
-unscrew the nuts off the fork
-remove fork and bearings
-put new fork on with the bearings
-tighten nuts back on
-screw on 'razor' tube and tighten clamp

I suggest using a little wd to get the razor tube off, if it gets rusted on at all you can strip those threads so easy
