freezing your wheels

has anyone done it?

because i remember watching cribs one time for ryan sheckler (dont go on hating even though he's the most annoying guy ever) and he pulls skate wheels out of the freezer. and he said that it makes them last longer.

is this true?

i've heard mixed answers, but the most common is that it doesn't work. When you put them back on and ride the freezing effect is nulled. they'll just be horribly hard for a few minutes then the heat will make them normal again.

no, it doesnt do sh!t. dont ever listen to ryan sheckler's advice ever. you might end up quitting scootering.
