French id deck warranty

The drop out of my french id deck is cracked, i still have 2 months of warranty left and i got it at scooterzone. Do you guys think i can exchange it for a phoenix reventon because im pretty sure i will crack the drop outs again?

no. i had a french id and i cracked it in 4 different places on the headtube and SZ said i could get like $100 off a different deck if it snaps
