XT is a 2 piece, but it isn't compatible with third party headtubes so it fails. Pro, B model, Old A, Blade/Madd and Poweredge are all cross compatible. Less cost, easy to replace/tweak.

Yeah maybe for the average Joe that doesn't break much stuff.
But after you break enough parts you get really PO'd of making your scooter dialed just for it to break in a weekish.
The point of a one piece deck being to have less pressure points = No breaking or bending.

That makes no sense,
A company isn't going to make half a part so that you can go buy the other half from the competetion.

But what is everyone going to have already? A Razor headtube with their headset already on it and bolts to go. :)
