French ID ICS

ok I bought the french id cnc fork from scooterzone with ics. Since then My bars broke so im going to get lucky prys with hic. My forks have this huge hole in the bottom for the ics and washer. When I get hic im thinking about glueing a washer down there for that water and dust wont go up th inside of my fork that will prevent rust. does this sould like a good Idea?

you wont see it. i have a hole in my epic forks for ics as well, and it doesnt affect me at all.

water and dust wont go up that easily anyways.
go ahead and cover it, it's fine. won't make a difference.

District forks have the same and mine are fine.

the hic shim and top cap would stop any dust which has gotten up there (which is unlikely i suppose?) from getting in to the bars
