french id oversized bars

i have a pair of the new oversized french id bars, (the 2011 version) they say they are oversized but dont fit hic but hey need an oversized clamp i dont understan them so i have to have ics now, but the ics is still goood

there oversized outside diameter but are still 1 1/4 (standard not hic) inside diameter
