FRONT BRAKE ( other project by zizimutant and marko szabo ^^ ) - !!!!!!!!!!YOUTUBE LINK UP!!!!!!!!!!

hey hey ^^^ this is a small project.

As we hear more and more about front brake; the other day marko came on msn and tells me : I have an idea to make a simple front brake.

It shows me plans, and I have started the mechanical part, with the internal system.

It's a very simple system ($ 3), very light (70 grams), which does not interfere with trics.

I do not know if other people will have to think before ( it's probable ), but in any case we show here marko and me an idea of this part ^^.

now , it's your turn to make it better ^^

Very-very neat idea :)

Not useful for those who use:
- wide bars - they'd need a brake lever or something because of the big space;
- SR forks with compression (starnut and the bottom cap gets in the way).

haha, I've had that brake idea for ever.

Good to see someone actually went the next step and installed it. I think you should make a pad on the part that you press down because it would be easier to get to it, and it would be more comfortable to press down.

^^^for sure. looks a bit dodgey in the way its like a screw popping out of the bars, but the technology is there, just a little padding or something to finish it off

yea you would have to incorporate a brake lever kinda like on a bike becuase thats gonna be extremely hard and inconvient to hit when trying to do combos with it. and if you were to try to do a nose stall for instance having a lil button will make it hard to hold it there i say if you come up with a brake lever then that will be a very great addition to scooter riding.

Like Nick said, with a lever it would be pretty sweet. You could probably rig something up, because (especially for wide bar) it would be inconvenient to reach over there.

Devin, you could still do that with Buffs.
