Front wheel brake

God damn its fun.

sure it looks ghetto, but it honestly works just like a real bike hand brake

its pretty diffucult to do, but its really fun.. It supports my weight for tire taps and such.. its just as strong as a nice bike brake too as far as braking power.

i wrapped the extra brake cable around the fork because i dont want to cut it yet if i can get a certain peice to make it fit 100mm wheels.

i think it has alot of potential for flatland and park, although its hard to do front scooteflipsbecause of the brake lever. If i can get a way to make this one part i need, then its gonna be an easy installation.

Mines all ghetto and shit, but it works pretty much perfectly.

Id love to be able to make some kits to do this and all that, maybe i can get ahold of buff or something because hes got some good ideas.

Yeah, you can still whip. Take more pictures of the actual brake, like take the wheel off and stuff because it looks like there's just a wedge pushing down on the wheel.

why dont you feed it through the bars, down, even through the hole in the fork (where the black thing was), then use pads or something?

he fed it through the t tube to the fork so he can still whip and bar instead of the cable gettin twisted up
yep

the cable goes through the bars, and i can still whip and bar and all that, it only looks ghetto because i had to rig it to somehow work without the right peice on it.. but again, it works perfectly.

i'll try to get another pic or a video of it working without the wheel today so you can see it.
