Okay these have a chromoly seatpost and the downtubes is alu with a 1 3/8 outer and a .125 wall and and a 1 1/8 inner diameter. It is the same steertube as buffs and the downtube has not been been cut so it i 24 inches long, but i will cut it to the height you want and with or without slits whatever you want. it comes with the clamp on top. These have never been used. And i have an 18 inch steel crossbar and a 16 inch chromoly one with backsweep both can be cut to your size. Maybe accept trades but looking for money.
