i only have 750 and thats going towards a 60d i wanted an hd setup and idk how to use tapes either

its easy, you just put the tape in and start recording. after an hour of recording time was used(takes longer than you might think) you just repeat the cycle. capturing is just going into the playback mode then while it plays it records onto your computer
