but that second fork i would like to buy what color is it and is it threaded or threadless(i hope its threaded) ill easily pay 55 or 60 for it if it is threaded

The second fork is gonna Raw and clearcoated or i can paint. Threadless.

First fork i'm working on cutting out that section for the wheel.

btw, grinders dont work too well with this

unless u hava a huge one, it wont fit all the way in, and you have to file a majority of it anyway
lol
i man handled it for... hmmm... about 5 hours. ahah
trust me its more work than it seems lol

yea dude, i filed mine off and on by hand for dayysss, and i just gave in and made my dad file it at work on some machine. he didn't do enough though, so it needs to be taken in again. i know it'll be worth it though.

I'm cutting it out. My friends dad said you can't really grind or file this cuz aluminum gums up, it's not like steel.

Yeah Aaron.

Greg, his dad cut grooves down into the slot and i'm gonna cut them to the right depth, then get a 1" circular drill bit and drill it out.
