it has been painted i can finish rawing the bars, it wasnt really rode much, dont ask me to paint it or anything. I AM GOING TO FINISH RAWING IT! would trade for proto wheels and just throw at me what ever else you have. It wasnt rode hard, its still in really good shape.
Only thing i will do is clear coat the bars.
As for the wheels they will still be blue...
