FS: really cool brake

How do you put one of these on? I have one but it doesn't fit. Could you please pm me? I don't want to jack your thread.

You have to grind off the little lip on the bottom that sticks out first. The one with the hole in it. Then the hard part.. Get a dremel, and cut of a square for the spring slot. Grind out legs and make them smooth. It's really hard.
