I just got it today and i have the cups installed. i put the bearing in the bottom and the little silver metal seal thing over it. and i have the top and bottom cups installed (using the washer and screw method) but i have the bearings in the top cup but the part that u put on top of the bearings wont fit over my pro model stock fork... and i was told it didnt matter that this headset was threadless and my fork was threaded. why wont this piece fit...?

im not really fimilar with this headset because ive never had one but on most headset there are a little rubber seal did u put the cover down over and then like pull or stretch the rubber cover over or isnt there a ruber cover on sealed headsets
the rubber cover usually goes between the top cover and the bearings and my headset doesnt go over the forks either unless i put the cover down first then force the rubber spacer down but im not really sure if urs has a rubber cover cuz its sealed and i dont have a sealed top cup

yeah... i have it but it really didnt help at all lol... but thank you anyway. And im talking about the bolt that goes under the lock bolt. im using the stock ones right now just so i can still use my scooter and its just absoulutly terrible. i do a couple tailwhips and the bolts tighten, then i gotta loosen them and everything. and my headset it wobbly because when i make it tight enough that my headset doesnt wobble, its somehow to tight...

i hate my pig but i ride it any ways. My top nut is like welded to my top cup headset cover. either use the stock headeset cover thing, not just the nut, or use the thing that came with your pig and put the stock nut over it. make sure you installed the correct fork race too.

Just use all the parts that come with the pig and use the normal bolt from your stock set up, the one without the guard. Also, make sure the headset has some grease in it.

i have a pig, okay, your talking about the silver compression ring im assuming? get it on after you put the top cup on, then take the top fork nut and tighten it so it pushes down on the ring. done, now put your bars on
