Actually, there is a way to land lighter than your actual body weight. You are deffinately looking at me from the point of view of a very low I.Q. W.A.S.P. Have you ever practiced the ancient fighting style of Jun Fan Gung-foo? Jun Fan Gung Fu is comprised of elements of 26 different systems and percentages of each are not fully clear. It shows the following list of elements:

Wing Chun
Northern Praying Mantis
Southern Praying Mantis
Choy Li Fut
Tai-Chi Chuan (Wu Family style)
Paqua
Hsing-I
Bak-Hoo Pai (White Crane) and Bak-Fu Pai (White Tiger)
Eagle Claw
Ng Ga Kuen (Five Family System)
Ny Ying Ga (Five Animal System)
Bak Mei Pai (White Eyebrow)
Northern Shaolin
Southern Shaolin
Bok Pai
LawHorn Kuen
Chin Na
Monkey Style
Drunken Style
Western Fencing (Foil)
Western Boxing
Western Wrestling
Jujitsu
Escrima
Filipino Sikaran
Muay Thai (Thai Boxing)
Now are you listening??

Bull shit. Sure, martial arts can improve the general level of physical training of your body, but it's impossible to estimate the exact decrease in the impact like you did. Well, it probably can be done with some complicated calculations and/or measurements but definately not by someone 'with a very low I.Q.', in your words. Theoretically, it is possible to land with no impact, with starting to bend your knees at the EXACT moment when the wheels touch the ground (this way the pressure would be increasing gradually, instead of suddenly, which is what we call an impact).

You either apologize or consider a high chance of being banned cause BK is one of the few people on here that I would never accuse of having a 'very low IQ'
Edit: Now see that you've already been warned so you better apologise or get out of here.

thatd be weird if there was a girl scooter rider that weighs 210 and lifts weights.

sure its possible to initially land with little to no impact if you land going down vertically, but eventually when you reach transition there is going to be pressure applied, and it is ALWAYS more than your body weight. the only way it could be less is if there is a negative force of gravity pushing you up, which obviously doesnt happen. gravity + acceleration = force > 100%, unless you magically slow down while going down the transition. but magic isnt real so you could only slow down by braking or putting your foot down which also changes your velocity and increases force.

YOU CANT LOSE WEIGHT WHILE LANDING FROM A JUMP

Actually, you can transfer most or all of your landing weight into and through your body, thus meaning: The object you're landing on will get only 1/8 or maybe none of the impact of the landing. NOTE: YOU STAY THE SAME WEIGHT, YOU JUST BASICALLY FOOL GRAVITY SCIENTIFICALLY BY USING G-FORCE MODIFYING CALCULATIONS OF VELOCITY AND GRAVITY MANIPULATION.

yea but it doesnt magically go from the ground to your feet through your body, it get transfered through the deck to your body, your deck still gets force of landing on it when you hit the ground and yes it is more than your body weight. even if you bend your knees or something, your deck still gets the force because your knees can only bend so far, so once your practically sitting down is when the force of your weight and velocity is applied.

and im not bios to what im saying, you could convince me, though my thoughts are completely logical. if you wanna convince me your gonna have to disprove what im saying with logical statements.

edit: and your "gravity manipulation" i doubt you go out riding with a graphing calculator, charts and plots to figure out how to land a certain obstacle without putting pressure on your deck

whats this got to do with the fsa pig headset?

but anyways wheres the cheapest place the get the pig unsealed?

I got myself banned.
Unless you have some mathematic physics equation to back yourself up, your talking out of your ass. The only way your going to have less impact weight is by landing with more weight on your bars than your deck, but it will add up to your body weight.

Zak, One of the cheapest places to get a unsealed pig would be danscomp.com or most likely albes.com.
And seriously, basic logics of how the world and things in it works is soooooo Pre-Highschool. (I've had the same scooter deck since middle school) Thats all I have to say.

yea people can make scooters last long, but you cant make stuff like youre talking about happen. and you will realize it too if you think hard enough.

go stand on a scale........wow it your weight! now jump on it, yea you didnt lose weight except for when youre in the air, when you put pressure on the scale to jump up youre forcing the scale into the ground with more pressure than your body weight. same when you land.

weight is the force of gravity on your bodys mass when you add velocity that increase the g-forces on impact. there is no such thing as a negative force, just force applied in different directions=velocity

Oh yeah now were listening haha. Shit man if ancient chinese wong gong dong fui people can do it, then hell so can scooterists!

haha I was about to explain how wrong you are like everyone else did. but those two posts gave me the feeling your just joking with us.
"FOOL GRAVITY" haha.

Ok, To sum it up into first grade terms: Go out to a truck stop and roll up to the truck weight scale and bunnyhop right before you roll over it and then when you are about to land on it and your wheels touch, start to bend your knees and elbows slightly, level your scooter so both wheels touch at the same time and basically when you land, try to absorb the shock of the impact perfectly in both your knees and elbows. once you learn this, then you can start to figure out for yourself that my philosophy of weight-less landings are true. (I'm half Chinese and yes im a guy). I'm through talking and trying to explain intelligent shit to borderline racist trash talkers. I going to go read a book, you really should too. (Truthfully, No offence ment to you Zak, you're cool)

dude eitherway your going to feel somthing whats the point of arguing about this.
yes your going to land yes your going to feel it yes theres going to be force.
end of story everyone expressed there feelings and some where totally right and some were far from it.
