FSA Unsealed Problem

Same thing happened to me when I got my sealed one. It takes a week of riding like Tommy said to break it in. It only needs to go around twice unless your pulling like tripple barspins.

My FSA Pig Unsealed with 24Seven ceramic bearings spin about 8 rounds or so on average , the nut is tight so there is not much movement in the bars and it is stronger.
Well , back to business... Try breaking it in the headset first. Give it maybe a few weeks or a month. If the problem is still there or in 1 week and you feel that the problem will always be there , dismantle the headset and again , hammer in the cups but don't hammer the cups using a hammer directly on the cups.
Sometimes , headsets don't spin well because the top and bottom cups are not paralleled.

yea u definitely wanna grease it up a lot cuz i had the same problem when i got my fsa sealed headset. i didnt grease it up at all but i got my dad to get the grease and he brought it to work and pushed in the cups so now they are parallel. but next time im without a doubt, using some lubeeee!!! lol

Never grease up something too much. If you put too much grease , the balls won't spin much.
