First of all, all of our forks have a lip on the bottom so the crown race never sits all the way flush on the bottom of the forks, this is so you can get it off easily without scratching the forks. And second what is blutac? U

1. He bought PHOENIX forks. Not SZ forks.

It may have a different name in the USA.

3. Who am I speaking too here?

Is it really that hard to take blu tack off of the fork and push the crown race the rest of the way down? I can think of a few reasons why they would have done that.

Oh no it's not hard at all. We done it there and then infact.

BUT its the fact SZ sold as product as 'READY TO RIDE' and it was unsafe.

Its like selling a bike saying the brakes had been setup. But you have only attached the levers and not the calipers. It's the half-ass job i'd be pissed off at. I mean it's not like they don't have the tools and equipment to carry out the work.

Yeah I understand what you're saying but you also said that there was no way they could ship it back to the US to get fixed. Why would they need to haha, it's blue tack. You just pull it off...

This thread seems like a lot of complaining. If you have an issue, talk to Scooterzone. They have email and phone and, believe it or not, you can go into the store. If you have an issue with me, message me.
