Is there any reason there arent full core plastic wheels? I'm curious as to why those are unheard of. i know demons are almost full core but i couldnt find any that are completely full core. Why is that??

On, Jason i think it was.
He had these "wheel hunt" things that he made a couple of threads about.
They were mostly inline wheels, he had a picture of a full core plastic wheel. They would suck anyway unless they were made of a strong thick plastic.
You could make them clear lulz.

Get a lighter and some plastic and try drip it into the spokes of a pro model wheel. lol. Would that work? BTW, all the roller wheels have holes in them like them yak USA things don't they?

I could show you guys the, kinda fail attempt at making a full core me and my (plastic welder) dad did?
It looks gross but made it so much stronger/solid.

Yeah a picture of those would be cool haha but eagle made a nylon core wheel that isn't out yet I wonder if a full core of those would suck

The reason why plastic wheels are spoked because on impact the spokes have room to flex and compress to take in to shock. thats also why cheap plain old plastic cracks right away, and why nylon (rubberish) takes the impact and doesnt crack. If a wheel was full core and plastic it would just crack and shatter since all the impact just goes straight through the core. no room to flex/cheap plastic = crack. nylon = rubberish = flex and no cracks. Capiche?

That's what I figured I've always wanted to see a wheel hit the ground off like a 6 stair in slow mo or on a hi speed cam

Just welded/cut square pieces around it, it was poor effort and it was only on one side.
I could of done much better. It worked and the wheel is shit tonne stronger but its worn and ovalised so meh.
