Yes actually. The fact that they filmed it means that the internet community can actually do something about it. It's one more crime put to justice. It counts for a lot. Those dumbass kids might have killed someone in like a week, you never know. They're better off in jail.

i can relate to this, me and some kids for my local were at a spot, and we were leaving, my friend ryan forgot his bag so he went back, i was about 60 yards away, and i turn around and 8 big ass black kids boxed him in on a hedge, and beat the shit out of him, stomped his head on the curb, punted him in the face, everything. i ran over there and they all dipped, i had to testify in court and everything. thats something i will never forget, whatching some big ass black dude stomp my bestfriends head onto a curb with his polo boots. but half those kids were also asian

Maybe that's what you say but thats not a realistic punishment. Either they go to jail or they don't and I think for what they did they deserve jail time. And you make jail sound like a fucking luxury hotel? I hope that you know its the worst place on earth to be really.

just because something happens all the time doesnt mean the punishment is too harsh. it means we should make it harsher. i like that idea though, strap all of those useless fucks down and let the asian kid beat the living shit out of them one at a time.
its a realistic punishment, people are just not used to something like that. jail is obviously not helping stop things like this from happening, maybe we should start beating the shit out of people who do things like this.

its not going to happen because of the mentality people have that it can't happen. if we want it to happen, and actually try to make it happen, it can happen.
america needs to wake up, this jail shit isnt working for shit. i say kill everyone who kills anyone purposely without a good reason, and beat the living shit out of anyone who beats the shit out of anyone without a good reason. if that happens you will literally see violence decrease overnight. but it wont because americans don't feel it can happen and don't want to bother trying.
and if we must use jail, they get a bed and a toilette, they can drink water and brush their teeth in it as well, solid walls and no decoration or entertainment, they stay in there 24/7 and get 2 tiny meals a day, and one water bottle. they can have an hour of light a week so they can write about how horrible jail is which would get posted on a website with all their information. and we need to make the sentences longer. im dead ass too, i despise people like this.

They were all asian mostly, and they jumped this guy because he got a group like this to jump their friend, so they did vigilante justice for their friend. It wasn't racial, or random. They were backing their friend like I know all of you would. Just these guys got caught unlike the first group that PROVOKED the whole situation. They should really just go to juvie for like two weeks or something.
