so i have the fuzion elite. i wanna get a different compression system instead of scs. can i just cut off the slit of the bars and buy an scs? or run HIC with the slit?

you need HIC bars to use hic, so no.

or cut the slit off the elite bars, make some shims, and get an SCS.

I think fuzion bars are standard cause they use ICS right? Im not entirely sure.

ALL alloy bars are oversized, but fuzion bars have a undersized inner diameter and an oversized outer. so they can't be used with HIC, but they still need a oversized clamp.

They're not oversized. They're like the bottom of stock Razor bars in thickness.
