Ghetto deck polishing technique?

I was wondering id there was any simple way to het a shine out of an aluminum deck without buying all that buffer and supplies and shit.

just go buy aluminum polish and buff it with a clean rag, when it looks black-ish wipe the polish off = shiny as hell aluminum.

There is a difference between polishing aluminum and cleaning it. Polishing aluminum involves wet sanding with progressively finer grits of sandpaper, and hours of patience, and it results in what basically looks like a chrome mirror-finish. Aluminum polish is for things that are already polished. Cleaning raw aluminum does not in any way make it the same as polished aluminum.

if you sand it to like 1000 grit and then use the aluminium polish it will work, its like toothpaste it has a very fine grit
