Alex, we have that EXACT same setup in my town. Long 4 stair with a hubba just about that same height. However, our ledge is made of granite

Yeah well fuuuuuuck you. There's this hotel downtown that has all these granite ledges and I want it so much, but there are always rent-a-cops standing around guarding it. Downtown Phoenix is such a tease.
