^ A stock ultra pro lo
Im getting new bars and a clamp soon but here's my setup
Demon cores 100mm metal core
Stock brake ( next thing I'm getting, stock brakes are sooooo irritating)
Lucky NW bars 22w 16w
ODI black longnecks
Stock fork
Stock headset
Stock deck
SZ Pro Comp double clamp
Mob grip
I like my scooter now so maybe new parts is a better idea than a complete scooter

Well it'd take quite a bit of money but if you got new bars, you could get a threadless compression system going. HIC would be cheapest, because you would only have to buy a new headset, fork, and oversized bars. But if you ever wanted to go SCS then the oversized bars will work just lop off 2".

A spendy and bold upgrade, but it's worthwhile.

If you don't have that much money, then HIC works alright with threaded forks. It's just weak so you need to be careful. It may be a little un-dialed and un-solid too but that's what I'm running right now and it doesn't bother.

^So what do I need for a HIC setup?
Oversized bars ( vipers IMO)
Fsa threadless
Scorcher threadless
Oversized double scooterzone clamp
Would that be good? Spendy but it would work. And do I need to buy the HIC or does it come with the threadless parts?

Sounds pretty good. I don't know much about SZ clamps but from what I've heard they're pretty good. And headsets come with top caps, a compression bolt, and a star nut. So the only thing you need to be worried about is getting a shim. Some oversized bars come with shims, and some don't. Check the descriptions in where you're buying them and if they're unclear about it just send them an email asking if they can give you a shim with the bars.

Kk thanks man I just did some searching on titetoyz and here's what I came up with
HIC Oversized Viper Bars W/ Shim $85
Threadless FSA DH PRO Head Set $45
Scorcher Red Threadless Fork W/ Starnut $95
SZ Oversized Clamp $25
^So around $260
Worth it in the end though since it would last a veeerrryyyyyy long time

Check on ebay for a headset and look for FSA pigs if you wanna save some extra cash. I got an FSA Pig on there for like 25 bucks including shipping and it was amazing.

hey just a question but do bars have to be oversized to fit scs? Because i am NOT spending another 90 dollars on bars

no, you can used normal sized bars with the shim that came in your proto SCS.
and you can take the shim out, maybe have to stretch it a tiny bit but you CAN get oversized bars in.
