good idea to dye brand new wheels?

so i just ordered some proto sliders and wanted to now if i should dye them right away or wait, does the dye effect them at all. i dyed my last pair of sliders and they never turned white again and still black after 3 months

I have died almost every pair of wheels I've had. It doesn't effect the strength.

for protos it does however void your warranty, so i wouldn't do it
