Right, same argument as guns dont kill people, people kill people... someone sprayed swasticas on the door windows to my school before, dumb as shitt. I wouldn't even consider it 'graffiti', tagging and doing stuff like this is straight up defacing property.

Like two years ago I got caught and had to do 200 hours of community service, now my town made it so like its 500+ hours, and like $500 fines and shit, lame.
