Need to grease my headset what would be better to use a aerosol one or a small tube of it ( btw there both white lithium grease )

Tip for the future: go to an auto parts store and pick up a tub of wheel bearing grease. The stuff works wonders, it's like 5 bucks for a tub that will last you forever and it's waterproof.

use the small tube of grease it really good for bearings
