Grind to tailwhip ???

Ok so I'm grinding my curb and I'm trying to tail out but like the only way I can do it is by hoping backwards once I stop it's a BS and my tails are counter clockwise so it throws them into the curb? Any help?

try t learn bs smith to tailwhips first. they're so much easier
