I haven't had an ovalized weel before so I don't really know but don't you just need tape every once in a while to fix it? And can you like feel that wheels are ovalized in any way when your your riding? Or is it just that the berring falls out?

the wheels wobbles no matter how much you tighten it unless you wrap the bearings in tape.
